First let me say that these are good quality denim jeans. Level of craftmanship and heavy weight of the denim is what you'd expect from a classic pair of Wrangler.The only negative is that they run small. I was surprised to find that they fit rather snugly on my 9 yo son who normally wears slim fit jeans without any problems. He only got a few months use before outgrowing them in the waist, even though he didn't go through a significant growth spurt and he did not grow out of his other brand jeans during the same time period. I'm not deducting any stars for this because I could have easily returned them for a larger size. It would be helpful, though if the seller noted that they run small.Perfect quality Wrangler Retro Jeans. My son will only wear Wranglers but prefers a loose fit even though he is thin. These jeans have a looser fit, but are not husky. I have purchased several of these from a local western retail store but, through Amazon the price was great and being shipped to my door with Prime can't beat it, especially since it takes me two hours to get to the closest retail stores.Nice jeansDurable but runs very smallI liked the look of these and my son's other wranglers seem to hold up well after lots of play. These seemed to run a bit smaller, my son is a bit bigger than most kids his age but he is slim so I'm not really loving the fit. We sent these back. I belive if I had ordered a size up they would have been way too long. The 6 was a fGood length for my 5 year old but the waist and crotch area needed to be more relaxed. My only regret is that I didn't order more for the price I got them for. Would recommend high quality pair of jeans.I have been buying only Wrangler brand jeans for my son the past several years. He is 12 now and has always had a very slim/tall build. Wrangler styles in the slim size fit his shape and height better than any other brand I have purchased. The quality is there also. The price is great at Amazon also. I will continue buying wranglers until he starts getting too picky for what I buy on my own.True boot cut jeans. These are about 3-4 inches longer then regular jeans. Work great with my sons boots!These were a nice color and good quality pair of jeans. The and thighs fit on these jeans, but the length was way too long. We measured against the size 14 jeans we had already and it was at least 4 inches longer.
