I wasn't sure if I'd dig it, but I really do! I have a 2008 wrangler four-door JKU. That center console can become a real abyss of darkness and mystery, and that's never gonna change...but now, the cream can rise to the top, so to speak. In this tray i can put things i would most often dig for forever - things like a pocket knife, a portable battery for emergency charging, pens, small scissors, stuff like that - and the things i need most often reside below. what are those things? I don't remember, cause i don't go below the surface that much, but whatever they are, they are there when i need them! This was a wise decision on my part! Well done, me:-) but seriously, I recommend it highly.Fits just like the stock tray did. Would definitely buy again if needed.The item has no side “wings” and the compartment has to lips so the item simply fell to the bottom of the compartment. I used plastic corner covers adhered to the sides of the unit to make it not fall in. It works great now.Great item. Would buy again.I like that it's something I could use.I hate that it's not made to fit "ALL" 2007 JK's. Because it wasn't. Should have an "adapter", so all would benefit from buying it. No 1 stars, No complaints.You have to quite a bit of work to get this to fitI didn’t read the fine print. You need the little tabs I the console to hold it in place. I used tiny command strips in place of the tabs to hold it up. It works like a charm now.I may have seen this in another review, but there are no tabs or lips for this to sit on inside the factory console. It sits at a funky angle as is which is fine, but with all rounded edge compartments it's kind of annoying to pick up to get underneath it. It's worth modifying to fit for me as it keeps my sunglasses from getting scratched and now I don't have to go elbows deep to find change.
