They fit tight.I normally wear a 0 but I ordered a 2 due to how wrangler brand tends to fit on me. I am glad I did because I think a 0 would have been too tight in the thighs to comfortably work in. That being said, the waist sizing seems large for how small the thighs are. I have a good 3-4 inches of gapping which is unfortunate because I’ll need to find a durable waist belt to hold them up.In response to the reviews saying these shorts ran small I ordered a size up. When I tried them on it was an uncomfortable tight fit. The rise hit a weird uncomfortable spot and the crotch was riding up. Not suitable for the work shorts I need to be able to bend, squat, and lift in all day.So i returned and got a size larger- two whole sizes larger than normal. They fit but had a weird large gap in the back of the waist. While they held my stomach firmly, it wasn’t a flattering fit. So I’ll be returning these and looking elsewhere for work shorts.Runs small. I normally wear a 14, I ordered a 14. I could barely get these on and could not button. Frustrating when I have multiple other wrangler jeans in a size 14 and these are way too small.I cannot begin to tell you how much I live these shorts. The perfect length, good quality fabric. The pocket on the leg is great for my phone. I bought both colors and would buy them in any other color if there were more options. I will purchase again.I loved the shirts I got from Wrangler. The shorts tho felt awful and cut for a straight body with no curves and a larger stomach. I like high waisted things that come in on the waist and do not gap several inches in the back. But I love their snap shirts. Especially the heavy work shirt...it is warm and comfy and gives, easy to wash -- and iron if I want or not. The material of the shorts was similarly good. Women are not straight up and down and many companies cut for us as if we were.Straight out of the package I knew this wouldn't work out. There's NO curve to these. None.I can't wear these without showing off my underwear to the world. I could fit a small turkey in that back waist gap. If you're looking for smuggling shorts I guess these would be perfect, but as I really just want something that fits, I will be returning them.
