Looks good, relatively easy to mount, fits well too. There is a template for marking the holes to drill but really you only need the template for the first hole and for the rectangular cut out. The trick is to mark and drill one hole at a time, using a small then large drill bit, and use the part not the template to mark the next next hole so that alignment is good. I used a 0.238" drill as I measured the push pins at 0.230", and that works well.
