I have a 31” natural waist (measuring just above the belly button), and 38” hips, but my widest part is actually about three inches below my hips, where I’m 41”. At Loft, White House Black Market, and Target, I’m a 4-6, depending on the cut. At Athleta, medium skirts pull across the thighs and don’t lay right, but Large is huge in the waist.That being said, I ordered a Size 8 in this and could barely pull it up. If “stuffed sausage” is the look I was going for it, it was perfect. I was also hoping/assuming the model was very tall, and this skirt would look longer on 5’4 1/2” me. Wrong.I think I’d probably need to go up to a 12 for a decent fit, but not sure I want to pay non-Prime-Day prices for a skirt that’s a little shorter than I wanted.I'm 5'0 ,131 Ibs inverted triangle. I purchased size 4 it fits perfect with some wiggle in the waist for beer drinking. Light weight quick drying material. Perfect for when I'm drunk stumbling and spilling my beers..From my wife “The skirt is super cute but is a tad tight. I am not a fan of tight fitting skirts/skorts so I should have sized up.”I love the fabric and it fits perfect with my square body shape! Lol5'7", 128lbs - size 4 is perfect. It is a bit on the short side but so comfy I am keeping both the colors I ordered. LOTS of usable pockets, very soft material and breathable.The wife loves the fabric and feel, not to crazy about the length, she's in the conservative side. When she sits, you can see leg, which is what I love, her not that much; but she'll like it more if can be a couple inches longer.Ordered the XXL which almost always fits me in other brands. Heck sometimes it’s too big. Couldn’t even get the bottoms up my thighs. Huge bummer.I know it's not a skirt but it looks like a skirt and it fits. I can never find skirts to fit me. I bought a skirt once that it was too tight in my hips but the waist was like several inches too big so there would be no way to size up or down and fit. I love this skort, I bought it after my husband bought the pants from the same collection and he loved them. I got a large which said it would fit 6 to 8 in pants i believe. Fits me perfectly, not too small not too big. May be a little looser for some but I have size 42 inch hips and 27 waist.
