Clipped right onto the door lock loop. Hides the metal part perfectly that clashed with the look of my jeep. Very easy to install.I bought these for my jeep to make it look cleaner. They’re easy to install, just snap into place but they can crack a little. I thought about heating them a little to soften them, but didn't bother and they went on just fine. Doors still close perfectlyI order these covers thinking that it will not work. When I open the box, pull one cover out and immediately install it on the drivers door, it took no time to have them on every door, no tools necessary. Install was about 2 minutes for all 5 and they all fit perfectly and snap into place.
